Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering 2014, Volume 1, Issue 3,   Pages 201-213 doi: 10.15302/J-FASE-2014017

Abstract: To gain insight into the shift of the immunoglobulin heavy (IgH) chain repertoire during B cell developmentmRNA stability and CDRH3 length patterns of nonproductive rearrangements.Further analysis of the individual components comprising CDRH3 of productive rearrangements indicatedthat the decrease in CDRH3 length was largely due to the reduction of N addition at the 5′ and 3′ junctionsAll these data indicated that the expressed Ig μ chain repertoire, especially the repertoire of CDRH3

FOXP3 and Its Cofactors as Targets of Immunotherapies Review

Yasuhiro Nagai,Lian Lam,Mark I. Greene,Hongtao Zhang

Engineering 2019, Volume 5, Issue 1,   Pages 115-121 doi: 10.1016/j.eng.2019.01.001

Abstract:

Forkhead box P3 (FOXP3) is a "master regulator" of regulatory T cells (Tregs), which areAs a consequence, the PTMs change the stability of FOXP3 and its capability to regulate gene expressionAlthough FOXP3 per se is not an ideal drug target, deacetylases, acetyltransferases, kinases, and other enzymes that regulate the PTMs of FOXP3 are potential targets to modulate FOXP3 and TregFOXP3" side effects must be considered when inhibitors to these enzymes are used.

Haploinsufficiency of Lipin3 leads to hypertriglyceridemia and obesity by disrupting the expression and

Frontiers of Medicine doi: 10.1007/s11684-023-1003-0

Abstract: However, little is known about the function of Lipin3 in triglyceride (TG) metabolism.Hence, we generated Lipin3 heterozygous knockout (Lipin3-heKO) mice and cultured primary hepatocytesto explore the pathophysiological roles of Lipin3 in TG metabolism. Our study suggested that Lipin3 was a novel disease-causing gene inducing obesity and HTG.We also established a relationship between Lipin3 and mitochondrial dysfunction.
